Mr Wilson was delighted to be invited to the opening of the nursery along with the Mayor of Ferryhill Peter Atkinson.

During the opening the nursey children performed a song for Mr Wilson and the other guests, which included parents and governors.

Also in attendance where Chase and Marshall from the children's show Paw Patrol, which was clearly a highlight for all of the nursery children there.

After the children had finished performing, Mr Wilson officially opened Cleves Cross Nursey.

Commenting on the event, Mr Wilson said “It was a lovely opening, and I thoroughly enjoyed the performance by the children. I look forward to working more with the nursey, and the primary school, in the future.”
